Hi,
I had purchased a sim card at hyderabad international airport on july 18th 2016.
The representative promised that i would have 1gb 3g data and 2000 minutes to india and 2000 local minutes in usa.
Following are the issues:
1. The service representative assured that i would receive a receipt of purchase, but it was not sent to my email id till date.
2. Initially the voice incoming and outgoing was not working, but after we reported (On 19th july) the problem by calling to customer care center, they activated the services.
The problems are never ending. Every alternate day the services are stopped. Neither incoming or outgoing works. I have been sending emails since that day but the issue is not resolved. When questioned they say i already reached my fup limit and are refreshing my services.
I am pretty confident that i haven't used up 2000 minutes (~33 hours) in just 10 days.
When i asked to send my accounting details they say we dont have that information. Without having that information how can you say that i have already used upto my limit?
I am fed up with the service and asked to close the connection and give a confirmation.
I have been sending emails to the following people for the past 14 days (But no one responds.

I have no problem in using my connection but i would like to see proper accounting details. You cannot just say you used up all 33 hours of talk time. I keep hearing that i reached limit from day 2.
