[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Fraudulent commitments | |
Very conveniently Clay Sim Cards lied to me. When I had inquired about getting an international sim card for Dubai, I was told that they would give it to me 2 days prior to my visit. They got all the papers signed, blocked the security amount on my credit card as well, did everything that was needed for me to get a sim card. I was assured that I would get the sim card 2 days before my travel but turned out quite otherwise. I called the guy several times asking for the sim card and every time he would answer he would tell me that the guy is on his way. Not even once he hinted that I would not get the sim card. Clay Mobiles render such pathetic overseas services that its better not to waste your money on them at all. I experienced their dose of bad services in Europe. No service connectivity anywhere that I traveled to. Total waste of my money despite telling them that their sim card didn’t work, no money was refunded.
