[Resolved] Clay Telecom — good service and support | |||
It was my first time going on a trip to europe with my friends and didn’t know which international sim card i should carry. I searched for the same and decided to go with clay telecom. The team helped me with the best plan that suited my requirements. When i reached europe, i was not able to use data services, though voice calling was perfectly fine. I contacted my account manager and conveyed the same. She assured me that it will be fixed the next day and it was night in india. She contacted me the next day and said that the issue was fixed; there was some technical issue at the service provider, due to which my data services were not activated. I didn’t face any further issues in voice or data service later, apart from call drops in areas where there was no network Was this information helpful? | |||
