[Resolved] Clay Telecom — hassle free services by clay telecom | |||
I purchased a uk based sim card from clay telecom at hyderabad airport. It was a pre activated sim card and was supposed to work in my travelling country. After reaching to the destination the network of the sim card was not up to the mark as many times fluctuation occurred in the network leading to call drops. When i asked the customer care team of the company they gave me excuses like it was not their fault and was because of the network issues in my visiting country. Finally i came to know that there was no issue from the side of clay telecom as one of my friends was already residing in uk and was facing the same problem because the inconvenience was mainly due to bad weather.
