I have never experienced such terrible customer services than what i did with clay sim cards recently. I was buying the sim card off their website. Ths card was for uk. So i picked their 2999 inr option, landed up paying somewhere close to 3500 rs which is fine, but paying 3500 over and over again after 3 failed transactions is uncool. And in all these 3 transactions the money got debited from my card. Now i called their customer centre, and it was epic conversation where they said the transaction isnât reflecting, neither failed nor successful. Hence they cannot action it or refund it. I emailed them the message screenshots also, but they had nothing to say. Infact had the guts to say that if i want a new sim card, i can go ahead and buy it from the website. Now after 3 failed, paid attempts, they expect me to try the process for the 4thâ time. I mean i really have to be an # to do so. Never buying their sim cards again ever!
