I took a sim card from Clay Telecom, Global travel SIM, D-158B, Okhla - 1, New Delhi -110020 for my Australia tour in in the last week of September 2016.I got it from Mr.Prashant (Mob [protected], email [protected]@gmail.co.in). Clay Telecom debited my Credit card for Rs.5000/= on 4.10.2016 itself. I returned fro Australia trip on 11.10.2016 and intimated Mr.Prashant to collect my SIM. This was done after about 15 day.An invoice ( CTA-DL[protected] dated 4.10.2016) was raised for Rs.2456/=. This invoice included the Data charges also which was not availed my me. Mr.Prashant told that when the final bill will be raised it will be checked whether data has been used or not . As there was no use of the data, call charges bill of about Rs.786/= was raised.
the balanced amount (Rs.5000/= minus Rs.786/=) has not been paid to me.Prashant has left Clay Telecom now. then I was following with Ms .Koyal Nag. No refund has been paid to me so far. Now Ms.Koyal is not responding on phone (mob [protected]) and email ([protected]@clay.co.in).I feel cheated by the company. Was this information helpful? |
