I had bought a clay sim card for Hong Kong for a period of 5
days. The sales guy Rakesh told me setting the phone would be an easy task
and the sim would immediately catch the local network. While I tried my level
best to connect to any network on the airport, it was all futile and in the
belief of seeking help from clay’s customer care, I called them up only to
hear rude insinuations from the guy behind the phone and ultimately no
respite from their end. It’s a total waste of money if one has to spend on
such poor services and poorly trained staff.
