Last month, i purchased clay telecom’s international sim card for my europe trip. When my flight landed at the airport i could not make a single call from my mobile phone. After trying all the methods, the problem still continued. I immediately contacted customer care team of clay telecom. One of the member from the customer support team asked me to re-insert my international sim card again as it was not inserted properly. Then after that network connectivity problem of my mobile phone was fully solved and i did not face any hassle in connectivity throughout my trip.
