I had a trip scheduled in the month of august 2017 to usa. It was just a leisure trip with my friends. For my visit i had purchased postpaid clay telecom’s sim card.
The service of the company was good but at the end i found an issue with the amount deducted from my credit card.
They had deducted rs 1000 extra from my account, for which i made a complaint to the customer support team of the company.
However, they did not make any mess with the issue and immediately returned my balance amount.
