[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Very bad and poor management of complaints | |
My daughter who was using clay sim’s european sim card was facing constant issues connecting to any call. Despite several emails and calls, these guys took their sweet time to revert and to even then take action on the complaint that we raised. Their attitude on the call was also so casual, as if they didn’t care. We registered the complaint on her behalf on 13thof may and these guys reverted on the 17th of may. This is so much for being customer centric and excellent customer service. We would have rather paid some extra money for the comfort of being connected than use this trashy service.
