I had booked a car from kolkata to gangasagar I told them that we are 7 people and we are looking for a SUV car. They said I will have to pay extra 500 for a 7+1 seater car I agreed to it. To confirm the booking I had to pay 1050 as token money I paid that as well. On the travel date they sent me an ertiga which is a 6+1 seater I called them again to complain and I told the guy that I told you we are 7 passengers why did you tell me to pay extra 500 if you were going to send a 6+1(driver) seater car the guy from the company starts arguing uselessly that the car is a 8 seater which is a big lie. I further told the guy to check the company website and confirm whether it is a 6/7/8 seater and if it is not a 7+1 seater then refund my company. He said no I will not refund and then further he tells me apke baap ki company hai boldia 8 seater then I said I don't want to travel he said No problem but I won't refund your money. A completely fraud company. We got down of the vehicle and booked another cab then and there.
Somebody please tell me what to do with such companies? Is ertiga an 7+1 seater or 6+1?
