Clear Car Rental — Third class service provider

We have hired a car from "clear car rental", from coimbatore airport (08-sep-2016) to mangalore airport (13-sep-2016), with rs.21500/-.
Be clear that, in this ternary, they have charged r. 8500 as transfer from ooty to coorg (10-sep-2016). below are the details, provided by vendor:

Kms. limit: 240 kms
Hrs. limit: 10 hrs
Final amount: rs. 8, 586/- (including toll, parking, driver allowance and service tax 6%)


We have paid rs. 5200/- as advance amount. car came to pick up us on coimbatore airport and second day site scene as planned.
Driver has asked for payment, on the first day itself, but we have refused to give, as we have already paid 5200 in advance.
Second day on continuous follow-up, we have talked with vendor and gave another 2500 to driver, without any receipt.

And, suddenly, after dropping us back to hotel, driver has refused to come to coorg on next day, due to tamilnadu-karnataka issue.
Be clear, we have paid almost 7, 700 for our 2 days tour.

We have almost called 50 times vendor and requested him for providing the service, as in unknown city how can we manage on sudden basis.
In spite of our continuous follow up, "clear car rental" did nothing.

We have provided him, to give one car that will drop us on "tamilnadu-karnataka" border, and another will pick us on "karnataka border". but they have not worked on that workaround also.

Our "hotel service", provided us the same facility with the cost of rs. 13000, and "clear car rental" has done nothing.

And, even after doing all these non-sense things, they had shamelessly asked us to continue with service from "coorg", with rs.12000 new booking.

It means, our tour cost will be 7700 (which we already paid) + 13000 (paid to third party from ooty to coorg) + 12000 (coorg)

Our tour cost increased by almost 11, 000 due to the worst & pathetic approach of "clear car rental".

And over and above all, mental harassment we faced due to this is not explainable in words, as we have our senior citizen parents and 2.5 yrs.’ old kid with us.
