Cleartax — More than 4 months for company registration

We started the process of our company registration with Cleartax in the month of July and they took no action for a month. As part of the order, they were supposed to generate and send the DSC to us which took more than two months and till now the process is not complete. As of today, more than 4 months after starting the process, we're left with an incomplete order, an unhelpful and lying relationship manager who gives conflicting information every two minutes, and an affiliated CA's office which doesn't answer the calls. Worst experience we've ever had.
