Cleartax — cleartax not responding after payment

I have made payment to cleartax.in for GSTIN creation, submitted all the requested documents but now they stopped responding. I have pasted the order ID here. My registered email with them is sanphila.[protected]@gmail.com. It's been more than 50days and no one emails or confirms anything about it.
I'm getting just the request ids and nothing else as :you can see the reply below to my query:
