This is to lodge complaint against clickjobs, its a fraud organisation. I have paid INR 30, 942 for the services. Also they do all transaction through Perspi Interactive. I have called them multiple times but are not responding. There are multiple who interact with fraud names.

I paid 3300 rupees and I had to call numerous times and had to literally write 10 emails before somebody obliged to create a login id. After the login id is created, not even a single job post is given to me. When you call up the customer service, nobody picks up 99 times out of 100 and if you are lucky, you can reach them 1 out of 100 times and every time their reply is that people have left and they will arrange a call back next day which never happens. Total fraud company and don't fall into the their trap. Avoid going through this website. Total Fraud company and don't fall into their trap.

Myself khageswar das, basically i from orissa but working in delhi, on 26-06-17 i got a call from click jobs.com riding job openings and one lady caller connected tomr. Sanjay rout who was explained me regarding the current openings and at the same time he was also guided me for registration by paying rs. 3300/- on line which i was given later on he was connected the call to their hr who was again asking for rs.15000/- more which i was not agreed but again mr. Sanjay rout who is seating at their jhandewalan office was called me up and told you need not to pay any thing for the job you just take our gold plan which cost rs.5940 we will appoint one person for you to arrange at least 4 interview every month and one of our employee will call you shortly to complete the process and will create a job code for you but last 3 days neither they are calling me nor responding my call, i am requesting kindly refund my money or i 'll force to go through consumer court.

I have remit rs 3301/ for registration charges on 29/06/2017 for jobs serching. Till today company cannot informed me for interviews. The person mr pradip mitra assured me that as earliest. Please look into the matter and arrange for number of interviews in comming days.

Futher I Mention that initially telephonic talk with miss Neeha for formal talk jobs details and for registration. Then talk with Mr Pradip Mitra who initiate for money transfer for Rs3301/- I transfered the amount immidietly. after that there is on response from clickjobs.

Now, I am assigned a relationship manager, his name is Siddharth Malhotra. He is telling me to make additional payment of Rs. 6700 for my profile verification and post which, he could proceed with my application.

This additional charge was never mentioned by clickjobs to me.

When I refused to pay this additional amount, the relationship manager was very very rude and told me that my application would be kept on hold.

I told him that I want refund of my initial payment as I dont want to be associated with a company which is not transparent and has hidden fees which are not informed at the time of taking the initial payment.

The rude relationship manager siddharth malhotra had the audacity to tell me that no one forced me to make the initial rs. 5941 payment.

I agree that no one forced me to pay the initial payment, but that payment was made for a service and if that service cant be given, then the amount has to be refunded.

He was reluctant to share his manager's details and was not ready to listen to what I was saying.

I have made online payment of 11881/- to Clickjobs for 6 month Platinum pack on 21/6/2017 for availing JOB related services

I was totally misled and told wrong facts at the time of payment by one of Clickjob employee Rajvir Singh #[protected].Also another 28000/- was demanded from me in the name of Online tests and Document verification which I declined as was not told to me before registration payment was made.It is a complete fraud case and lots of such cases are put on the internet about fraudulent nature of cheating innocent people

Clickjobs is a complete fraud organisation who cheats customer by telling lies and taking more money and proving zero job services

Also note that complaint have been filed with National Consumer Helpline (Govt of India) against Perspi Interactive Pvt Ltd/ Clickjobs at the Jhandelwalan, Delhi Address today 23rd June 2017 vide complaint No 318706 dt 23/6/2017.

Clicksjobs.com is a complete fraud as per my experience. On lady arushi contacted me on 10.06.2017 and asked me to deposit rs. 3300/- for the registration for job opportunity, i paid this amount through udio.in. Thereafter, she connected to me shri pawan choudhary he asked me to pay rs. 6600/-, if i further want to avail the service for resume writing which i payed this amount through udio.in, then i was transferred to shri robin disuza beacuse they told me that he will handle my case. He asked me to pay rs. 18, 443 so that they can start the process which i again payed through udio.in. There after shri robin disuza contacted my and again i was asked to pay rs. 16, 000 for verification of my certificate. Till that no mail or confirmation was recieved from click.com. I doubted it as a big fraud hence i stoppped further payment. I request all concerned to be beware of this network

I am writing this complaint as per the regular harassment that i am facing since 20 may 2017. Person called askhay desai calls every day and offers me jobs from very high profile companies. Person says that he is calling from clickjobs.com but i still doubt if that is really the case as they might be the hackers to this website and i really doubt if the opportunities they provide are really genuine. Initially the gentleman informed me that he is calling from clickjobs.com and over 3 lakhs users are registered with them and if i will register with them then i will not have to go through round of interviews but instead they will directly align my interview with the hr based upon my experience. He informed me that in monster and naukri we get multiple job emails which are not even relevant to our profile but if we will get registered with them, they will get our profiling done and we will just get only revelent opportunities that are available in the market. I was convinced and i got registered by paying a nominal amount of rs.2640. Then he asked me to pay another amount rs. 7820 for resume building and then another amount of rs.13115 for profile buliding. 2 - 3 days later i received email from them asking to submit my documents (Current designation + previous employer + salary slip) which i sent them on email. Askhay again called me on 27 may informing that my profile has been shortlisted for ibm mumbai and they would be lining up my interview shortly. I was really worried as the expectation was really not set at the first place as now the amount which they are asking to pay was going up day by day andd there is no conformation from any company yet. I still made the payment hoping that i will recover the amout as i will get higher package out there. I again paid him rs: 18483 now again on 29 may i received another call from him and this time he askd me to pay the security deposit of rs 15000 that wiill go to company. I did asked him why the security deposit is so less, he informed that since i am going through click jobs.com hence the charges are minimal and i paid them rs.15000. 2 - 3 days later, i again receievd call from akshsy and now again he is asking me to pay rs.44000, then i went ahead and searched google and researched on internet and got to know that there is some thing
Wrong and i landed onto this page. Now i am sure that this is a fake company and think that they have also hacked the login page of clickjobs.com as well. I hereby request everyone not to pay any amout to these guys.

Issue & description:

I had uploaded my resume details on monster.com and naukri.com & noticed whenever i do update my profile on this website i get multiple calls from different numbers assuring jobs. I have never been called by anyone from monster.com.

The above said site & the callers are totally fraud,,, please don't entertain the callers as they will charge money before providing any job offers. The introducer who call deos not even have proper language skills.
The caller when calls say in a detailed manner... But everthing in fraudalent.

This is a direct complaint to the cyber crime cell... Please take actions to protect the consumers... As so much complaint had been send to authorities...

The telecaller informed that only rs.3300/-will be required for registration in clickjobs.com. I also confirmed her that to provide job related to banking and only for kolkata location only. No extra amount is needed after repeated enquiries. After registration the hr representative provided another link for payment of more rs.5900/- for gold pack. When i denied the person dropped the call stating no services will be given without that pack. Also received a mail of interview location of andhrapradesh. Is this co driving a mockery with the educated people? People are being cheated randomly and openly. Is there is any solutions?

This is in continuation of the email sent earlier on[protected]. As I told earlier I received a call from your company and paid the required registration fee of Rs.3300/- on[protected].

I also paid an amount of approx Rs.25000/- in three phases for profile report on the same day (Receipt attached).
After a long wait of 4 days your representatives called me for providing job options after completing the profile update process for me.
I am extremely thankful for this action.
But I am not in a position to make any further payment for any communication or any other purpose to the company.
Yesterday, One of your representatives Mr. Rajeev (Phone No. [protected]) called me to finish the payment process in order to get communication with the recruiters. When I denied to pay any further amount he replied in a very rough tone. I was threatened that in case of no further payment my profile will not be upgraded and forwarded to the recruiters.
I have severe complain against your company . Why don't you provide all payment options at prior basis in the form of e-mail ? The phone calls that I received were continuously giving the instructions to come online and make payments. No prior information was given to me in the form of e-mail. On the telephonic conversation everytime I find a new person .
All I can conclude about you is that service and communication method with the customer is very poor.
I therefore request you to kindly return or refund the amount paid on[protected] so that I can approach the companies directly . I am not willing to avail any services from your company.
I would like to get your response on my e-mail within two days.

I received a call from this company and they asked me to make a payment of 6000 which would be a one time payment. Post that i received one more call from another executive he asked me to make payment for Employee verification whaich is 7000 but this was not told to me before and again he asked me make another 14000 for other verification which was one again a surprise for me. Totally i had made 22000 rupees for service.

Now atleast one month I'm trying to reach them no body is giving any response (40 to 50 calls) and no single service has been provided till now. They are catchy people who are searching for jobs and they provide false promise and information and cheating.

please kindly note my complaint and help me to resolve the issue as per the details given below -

date of incident - 4th May 2017.
Client number - CLR1205.
Incident Description -
1. I got a call from Clickjobs.com and they asked to pay one time registration charges of Rs. 2640/- telling me that these are one time payment valid for life long and no other charges to be paid for resume broadcasting. Caller Name - Mr. Rohan.
2. After I paid the amount from UDIO gateway via net banking, my call was directed to Mr. Aditya Saxena (phone number - [protected] ext. 392) who asked me to pay additional amount of Rs. 5941/- towards Clickjobs.com service charges and after this no other payment is required and these are required for creating my account and assignment of relationship manager who will schedule my interviews with companies like L&T, DLF, Gajanan oil, ESSAR Oil etc.
3. After above amount is paid, my call was transferred to Mr. Ashish Mehta (phone number - [protected]), who said that he is my relationship manager and he will schedule the interviews, however I need to take an online test which will be sent to my e-mail account within 7 to 15 days and I have to pay additional charge of Rs. 13050/- towards the same and this shall be refunded to me by Clickjobs.com upon completion of a training conducted by clickjobs.com in Pune city as these are reimbursable.
4. Finally after above amount was paid, I received "Final" request of Rs. 19999/- saying that these are the fees charged by Clickjobs.com to remove all the competition and assure job guarantee in the company I opt for based on my choice and I don't have to pay a single penny after this "final" payment (as per the e-mail from clickjobs.com) and this is also reimbursable by clickjobs.com upon my joining in the respective company.
5. After all above payments total amount Rs. 41630/-, I have to submit scan copies of following documents for verification/background check -
1. Offers letters of current and previous employer.
2. Graduation mark sheet/certificate.
3. Latest Updated resume.

they told that they will provide me a detail description of all the services and amounts paid along with necessary invoices within 24 hours but they have not responded. I am having a doubt now that I have been cheated and hence want to file a complaint against them in order to have my money refunded back.

Desirable resolution - refund of entire amount paid along with interest at current rate.

This is continuation to my previous post. HOW THE CON WAS CARRIED OUT

At the onset my heartfelt feeling for my friend who commented on my review that he has been duped int paying these frauds 70K. The more I read through the comments I continue to be amazed as to how easily this company is able to cheat people every minute there office remains opened.

My story continues. Con man Rathore finally managed to suck me into his evil plans on 24th March with personal guarantee and assured me a Relationship Manager would be appointed who will discuss my requirements and then seek the most suited opportunities that relate to me profile. I paid the desired amount for the proposed plan and Once cornered by this pack of con artist, the first mail I received rather immediately stated the following

"We would also like to inform you that Clickjobs.com offers the Resume Services and doesn't provide any Jobs Guarantee, Interview Scheduling or Placement Assistance India & Abroad or, No Refund Policy"

I knew from there that MY MONEY IS GONE. Keeping my hope against hope I waited for their next course of action. Not surprised the next mail was suggesting me other loads of services . Premium service, resume writing and God knows what else.

After few days of following up Con man Rathore agreed to share his number and email address as promised whilst introducing me to the new character of his Con Party Ms Renu Dhaiya who will now be called "THE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER". In the first conversation with Ms Dhaiya the RM she said the company does not give any assurance for Interview calls all she can do is look for jobs and send the same via mail. Confronting her that I was told by con Man Rathore that Clickjobs have their own data o[censored]n published jobs and RM with their relationship with HR of such companies will ensure a face to face interview. To this she said in no other words and I quote " They do nothing like this". Really shocked hearing this I had no option but to reply to their verification mail. Meanwhile I dully filled the profile section on their site.

30th March I received a very un-professional email from THE RM seeking the information I had already posted on their site. Well again no choice within minutes I sent them detailed evaluation form for immediate reference. After following up few times I received email from RM on 01 April that THE RM services has been activated for 90 days. WOW. I called RM and was told next time I wish to speak I must send an email and take an appointment .

Then came the biggest shocker I got a call from yet another spotter Ms Shivangi and the 4th character of the CON COMPANY. suggesting that they have a placement offer and would like to discuss further. I presumed it is further to the plan I have taken from them. Ms Shivangi had no clue that I was member of their gold plan. Believe you me the ground moved under my feet when another call came from 5th Character of this con company Mr Randeep, the conversation was of a veteran in this con business from Clickjobs's corporate office Jhandewala. Mr Randeep informed me that he has a position available suiting my profile and he guarantees me placement but there was a hitch. "and I said to myself here we go again". that my documents were not verified and to ensure that I get placed I must take their services for verification amounting to 16K. I politely inquired from the veteran Con Man Mr Randeep what about the Gold Plan I was sold by his colleague Con Man Mr Rathore, the veteran made the following remark and I quote " the plan was wrongly sold to me and he apologises for lack of intelligence of Con Man Rathore. He understands my frustration and say one bad fish spoils the pond.(Reference was made to con man Mr Rathore)

I heard him to fill while I was recording him for future reference and he was blatantly disgorging his conning tricks till I had enough and told him he is not earning a dime from me. I will consider this money as an opportunity loss but refuse to be lured into another trap. my questions where

Why would I have to verify my submitted documents?

It is never a responsibility of a candidate to verify?

Companies who wish to hire a candidate conducts background check from their own internal sources?

What makes them the competent authority to verify my documents?

Mr Randeep the CON VETERAN realising he has been found hung up the phone. and never called back. I then started to chase con man Rathore, I left him messages on his mobile phone for 2 days and then finally he answered.

I am one of the victim of this ClickJobs.com. They have cheated me by promising on getting a Job in Big MNC companies, and collected my hard earned money of Rs.74000/- from me (online Payment) They are all the professional cheaters deceived lots people like me. The way they talk that the person gets impressed and with a hope as he is getting the Job immediately and the money he is paying will get back in his 1st month salary. After I seen the reviews in the website then I realized how I have made a mistake of listening to this rouges and paid the money. When I called that person Ayush who has contacted me with the Tel.no.[protected] and asked him to I am not interested to get any Job from you and I want my money back then he was saying repeatedly that it is not possible and we don't have any Refund policy. Then I warned him that I am going to take this fraud services issue to Crime Branch he said that is up to me. By loosing my hard earned money such a Big Amount for past 2 days I gone in to the mental agony with sleepless nights. Today morning some one called me up from clickjobs.com accounts department and saying that they have seen my complaint on website so they want to refund my money within 24 Hours but only the thing is I need to pay 15% service Tax on my paid money of Rs.74000/- that is Rs.11100/- again on line then only they will refund the Amount as is again they are fooling me by pulling me in their trap to collect so more money. Even as I told him that you can deduct that service Tax and refund the balance money for that also he said not possible. unless I pay the service tax they can't do . This is another game they are playing to grab some more money from me. If these issue is not solved I will be approaching the cyber crime cell and Home Ministry will see that this FRAUD services should close their shutter down so that other will not become victims.
Take this issue seriously and solve my problem.

I have paid the amount where they have committed to provide the service over the mail. On calling them sometimes people are not reachable and if contacted they gave another commitment.

They have policy ' Not to refund the amount' But it does not mentioned that they not refund, if they does not service paid for.

I have requested to coordinate with them and get my amount back.

On[protected], I got a call from clickjobs.com asking whether i was looking out for a change. In fact i was and i had applied for the same on monster.com . How your team came
to know that i have no clue.
On the other side of the call as a person name Abhijeet, who told me that they deal in national and internation job placements
for this he said the fees is 8k for national and 11k for international. I agreed and paid the amount ( refernece no.[protected] given below).
he infact never told me the complete process and how much it will cost. after second stage he said i need to pay now for education and job verification
(Transaction Reference Id is[protected]. post this after every stage, i was given a link and asked to pay. finally, he said for ELXIR i need to pay
which will make my CV on priority .

He also said that post this you need not pay any money to anyone and if anyone asks, tell them to speak to me ( Abhijeet).
He also confirmed that for every job i will recv. a code which the company will ask at the time of interview so as to give preference.
plus he also added that ppt with interview questions would be given so as to ensure that clickjob candidate clears it

Next time when i spoke to CRM Renu Dahiya..she spoke to me on 2-mar, she sent me a mail with the below details and asked me to confirm

This is to inform you that your Relationship Manager Service has been activated on dated[protected] & It will be valid for Six months. we required your Updated Resume on priority basis.
We would also like to inform you that R.M Department does not provide any Jobs Guarantee, Interview Scheduling or Placement Assistance, we will provide you the Filtered Job References based on your profile or expectation, as per the marketing availability.

When i told her what Mr Abhijeet confirmed, she said they are from sales and we are from customer relations.

If these 2 depts are not in sync then why mislead the customers.

I have received a call from an executive from clickjobs.com that if I have register with Rs. 3300/- then I will get suitable job. Then yesterday 23rd March'17 I have registered myself in clickjobs.com by paying Rs. 3300/-. After 15 minutes I have received a call from your recruitment centre, Mr. Ranabir Singh called me & he has briefing many things. After that he told that you are going to recruit a full time Manager for me who will arrange suitable job for me & for that I have to pay Rs. 5940/-. he also told that this full & final procedure for me to get interviews. I have asked him that whether I will get good job or not. He assured me (I have full recorded conversation with me) that 1000% guaranteed. Mr. Ranabir Singh also told that after completing this procedure he will make my log in ID & he will intimate me within half an hour. I have paid Rs. 5941.00.

After half an hour he has called me & advised me to send my reesume & last two months salary slip to [protected]@clickjobs.com. I have sent but after that I didn't received any call from your end.

Again today 10.30 a.m I have received a call from Mr. Ranabir Singh & that time surprisingly he has told me that I have to pay 15755.00 again for confirming genuineness of my certificates. This is really disheartening that I am trapped by your people & till now I have not received any Log in ID.

Anyhow, this is my request that please refund my amount of Rs. 3300/- + 5941/- = 9241/- immediately. Wating for your early response.
