The terms of contract are breached by ClickJobs.com

there was a telephonic contract between mr. arman malik of clickjobs.com and myself, mr. rajendra upasani. as per the contract he, on behalf of clickjobs was supposed to provide me with an interview call letter at L & T, Thane on payment of rs.2640.

As per the telephonic conversation, i paid the said amount through netbanking. however, after the payment, mr. arman malik, mr. vinayak shinde and mr. sameer of clickjobs denied to fulfil their part of the agreement. insted, they demanded a further payment of rs.5000 for appointment of relationship manager which was not a part of the verbal agreement.

my demand is, either clickjobs should pay me back mt paid amount 2640 or fulfill their part of the said agreement.

I got a call from Simran (Click Jobs) asking if I am looking out for job. She decently spoke and there was lot of background noise (like call center). She told if I am connected to internet and her manager will speak as there are multiple companies looking for candidates like me at my preferred location. For this service there is charge involved and I need to pay amount online during the call. Luckily I asked her to call while I am at home so I can be online. Once, I am at my desk, found that this is fraud call as there are no company details revealed, etc. She stated that they are partners with monster and TimesJobs working from 15 years. She again called second time asking if I am connected to internet and back at home. I was lucky not to transfer any amount. But these fraud people need to be punished and reduce cyber crime.

Dear Madam / Sir,
I registered myself on click-jobs.com on a call from Mr. Punit Saxena dtd.[protected]; who told me that there are some genuine openings with Click-jobs.com, if you want to avail - please register yourself by paying an amount Rs.5940/-online.
And reference to our almost 40min of discussion and the commitment from Mr. Punit, I paid Rs. 5960 by credit card through Udio.in.

Thereafter, Mr. Rahul Mishra called up me on the next day & repeated the same story as explained by Mr. Punit & ensured me a job to be made available within next 7-8 working days.
Also explained me that it is only possible, if I follow his & act/do whatever he will be guiding me. Thereafter, he asked me to submit/sent my all details of educational proofs by e-mails.
And after that he informed me that there are some official procedures to be followed to verify educational documents and I need to pay to Clickjobs.com around Rs. 8000 through online Udai.in.

Further to the above communication with Mr. Rahul, I understood that I have been cheated by click jobs.com, so I started back off and intentionally, I started to review my services which Mr. Punit committed me while selling the click jobs services on phone dtd[protected] and please follow the differences as given below:

Purchased services will be avail forever. Only for three months and after that I will be treated as a new customer.
Apart from Rs 5940, I do not need to give a single penny. I need pay Rs. 8000 more if I need job support from click jobs that is for educational doc’s verification.
Click job will allocate me a personal Relationship manager who will assist me as per my requirement. Will be allocated after the educational doc’s verification, so cleared that if I don’t pay Rs 8000 more then they will not assist me further.
I can able to connect with Mr. Punit Saxena any time on Ph. no[protected]. No I can’t contact with M. Punit as he is from sales department.

Further to above, I complained Rahul about the commitment given by Mr. Punit Saxena and he was apologised about that. So, I just refused Rahul to pay further any single penny to clickjobs.com and also told him to cancel my service which Mr. Punit Saxena sold me.
And reference to my comments, Rahul started me to convince just not to cancel the service and assured me that tomorrow he will arrange a call from his recruitment team to help me further.

So next day I was waiting to receive a call from click job’s team but on the next day, I did not get any call from click job’s team and intentionally I kept silence for next 4-5 days just to see their response.

Finally after few days on[protected], I just called to their support team on the ph. no is[protected] as given on their website and I explained my problem to their executive and after so much argument she transferred my call to one senior lady her name was Ms. Anita Yadav.

So again, I explained Anita the whole story that how I have been cheated by click job team and after hearing my all explanations, she assured me that she will help me to get my money back and tomorrow I will get a call from her.
Now please be informed that from[protected], I have tried lots of time to connect with Ms. Anita but none of time I can able to connect with her as intentionally she is not coming online and none of the person from clickjobs.com is ready to assist me.
So the matter is now clear to me that I have been trapped by click job’s this team.
Now, they have stopped attending / answering me or my calls.
Now, it is clear that clicks job team done a cyber-crime with me through a planned emotional black mailing, trapped me, played with my future. So, I want my hard money back & compensation on this, this is a cyber-crime and a fraud with unethical behavior. I am looking for a job since August 2016 when clickjobs( Ms. Alia & Ms. Renu) contacted me and ask me to register on their job portal for me to get the suitable job openings.
Since then they have asked me to pay payment after payment for the various charges like registration, verification, spouse verification etc.
After paying them entire amount between 26.09.2016 to 29.09 2016 they stop calling me and no job lead been provided to me till today.
After calling them several times they stop picking my calls and ask me to whatever i can do as my paid money will not refund back to me.

Tips to identify fraud calls :
1. It sounds like a busy call center - there is a score of background noise wherein you can hear many other people on many other calls (Like those cold call sales offices)
2. They repeat the snapshot of your resume which you would have posted on other websites to gain credibility
3. They are never specific about which company and which position
4. They always say that they have openings with "many multinational companies, of senior levels in your job profile in your preferred location"
5. They even throw out big names like ibm/infosys/accenture/aditya birla
6. Then when they think they have you totally desperate for the offer, they ask you to pay for their services.

I had paid Rs 3286/- on 6/1/17 (online) as desired by Shri Yuvraj of clickjobs.com for arranging interviews with some reputed companies. Thereafter a call was arranged with Visa Steels (as they mentioned). As desired by Shri Yuvraj then I sent my documents ( i card of my last employer and last pay slip ). Subsequently instead of getting further call for interview, I got a call from one Shri Deepak Agarwal asking me to deposit further Rs 6572/- in order to generate some code and then offer more interviews and jobs. I complied with this request also and paid Rs 6572 on 17/1/17 (online). I also sent a copy of my aadhaar card.
After that I did not get any proper response from their side. Only one mail has come on 19/1/17 asking me to submit my resume which I had already done earlier. I could talk to Shri Deepak on a few occasions and also Shri Yuvraj. But I did not get any suitable response. They were sounding evasive.
I requested them for job interviews which was promised to me before payments were made by me. I see no further progress on this matter.
I feel let down after paying nearly Rs 10000 to them. I fail to understand what service is being provided to me for the amount paid by me.
Finally I could talk to Shri Deepak on 31/1/17 and I requested him to arrange to refund my amount of Rs 9858/- paid by me. He agreed and asked me to furnish the bank details for the purpose of refund. I sent the details to the email id suggested by him ie [protected]@clickjobs.com. Thereafter I have not yet received any response from their side. The telephone numbers viz.[protected] and[protected] are permanently engaged or no response.I wonder what is happening.
In this process I have been duped of Rs 9858/- by clickjobs. Please suggest how to get back this amount and take action against these fraudsters.

On 28th jan 2017 a person introduced himself as Jordan from number[protected] and says from click jobs he is calling. He continued that I have submitted resume in website and he has offer both in India and overseas.
I have to pay a small amount ( for India 3900 Rs approx and Overseas 4600Rs.).
He dragged me into this and states that for my position and Experience there are overseas jobs available.He will tell the openings once i pay the money. I have paid initially Rs.4601 . He says this money is for registration and then we have to go for resume rewriting (rs.5915), Career progression with highlights and posted in International job forum( Rs.9003) and for greater strengths and forwarding resume and arranging interviews ( Rs.14984). After the payment of this he has told Singapore Blue dart and TNT courier & cargo services looking for GM post. I have asked whether family is allowed. He says family accomadation will be provided by company and for arranging interview we have to do security check of crediblity by singapore govt in india.For this I have paid for my son age 9 Rs.6572, for my daughter Rs.11830 and for my wife Rs.13050. For me employer will pay.
After payment of this he says he will discuss and arrange for telephonic interview tomorrow. I have told I will be free only on 2 nd feb. First he agreed and says that on 29th morning at 10 am he will call me back.As he has not called I have called 3 times and his officer stating Malhotra says as it is Sunday he will be available only tomorrow.On 30th Morning he called me around 10.30 am and says that Employer needed to make interview today itself and from 1 to 1.30 pm you have to attend the interview.Also he told that give your expectation more and do well in interview. Around 1 pm I have called him and he asks me to wait. Around 1.15 pm he called me and interviewer on other side. He intouduced as Harry and calling from Singapore.He has not mentioned the company and as usual started questions.After 20 minutes he says he was satisfied and when can I join.
I have told him by May 4th week or June 1st week. He says Ok after deep silent. Then he asked my expectations. I have told for Rs.42 L/annum in INR. He negotiated for 41 L and after that he asked my passport scan copy and photo to be sent. Also he says advance amount for air ticket for 4 persons to be given as company will book and refund once landed in Singapore with 1 st month salary. he asked to pay ticket charges for further processing.
For Air ticket for my son Rs.5916, For my daughter Rs.13145, for my wife 15575 and for me Rs.18271. Once i have paid he says offer letter will be given today. I got doubt once I asked where is the office in Singapore he first fumbled and later says that it is in South Lane changi and offer letter will show everything. Also when I pay thorough UDIO wallet he asked to put Mobile number as [protected] and says this is reference number. When I asked what type of Visa will be given he says as family visa and not told the category. I have all the proof for payment through Udio walletwith their emails.
Also when I checked email the interviewer has sent mails from [protected]@gmail.com. .
This hard earned money was sweeped out in matter of minutes and i am unable to come to normalcy. Request to help to get back the money Pls.

Received call from [protected] stating looking for change of job. Reply yes. where in India or abroad, said abroad. Which country. Reply any country.
For overseas amount to be transferred around 3000/- Rs. I said today it is not possible as my account balance is little less. He told he will send me a link through which I have to transfer the amount said. He asked me to call on the same no: when the amount is ready to transfer.

I paid to mr Nitin Bhatia rs 6000 for the purpose of my security amount refund from clickjobs purpose mr nitin bhatia send me a form told i get rs 55639 from clickjobs with compensations for this i can pay rs 3000 to india consumer complain forum as security and this amount refundable after 24 hours of received after 2 days he also said to me and appologies with me and requested to pay another 3000 for note banned and it is also refundable totally 6000 rs refundable within 48 hours but after 15 days he also want extra rs 3000 for refunding my security amount from clickjobs .so i want to refund my 6000 first from mr nitin bhatia mob-[protected]/[protected]/[protected]

I have registered in monster.com for job opportunities and I got a call from clickjobs.com. They somehow got my resume from there. During the first discussion, I informed them about my job requirement (onsite job opportunity in Canada) and based on my resume they suggested 3 opportunities in Capgemini, VMware & Mindtree with really good salary. They lured me and convinced me that I have to pay only Rs. 11, 830 to get the process started. I asked repeatedly that if there is any other payments, they said NO. They convinced me to pay the amount which I did on that day.

Next day I received another call (different department from same company) saying, they are starting the process and during the discussion again, they asked me to pay Rs. 15, 687 towards my certificate and employment verification. Sensing something wrong I backed off and started questioning their selected ways of communication. They convinced me again saying it is the verification done by govt agencies and indian embassy would stamp the documents. Considering my requirement is for foreign country, I believed him and done that payment.

After the payment is done, he immediately started asking for another subscription, for other enrollments and generated a invoice for Rs. 12, 346. This has created lot of doubt in my mind that the person is taking me for a ride. I asked to cancel the entire process, and return my money. He says, nothing will be returned, there is no such policy. If I dont pay this amount, nothing is going to move. He tried to convince me to do the payment for so long. I asked for an email about the process, confirmations. They hardly provided any information in the email. All their information is shared over phone which is very difficult to follow. I asked for the receipts and he promised to send them next day, before that I should do this last payment. In anticipation of getting all the process details and receipt details, I have done the payment, but I did not get any receipts next day. I sent a followup email but he ignored that content in his reply.

I am totally convinced now that I am brutally cheated and exploited by this company. I have gone through lot of mental agony and stress.

I have the emails referring to the invoices which they sent to me and the payment acknowledgements which I have done. I have some email conversations with the person with whom I have spoken.

Please help me to recover my damaged expenses and take action on this company which is cheating the people. I am at Hyderabad and the company is in Delhi.

On 11.01.17 evening a telecaller from Clickjobs.com called and explained that they have some suitable jobs for me and can arrange for interviews post Registration with them and did not mentioned of any other payments to be made to them. Accordingly I paid Rs. 3943/- thru' netbanking vide Tx ID[protected]. But I was surprised of their modus operandi when immediately after getting confirmation of my payment they again transferred my call to some one else who again demanded additional Rs. 5915 towards preparing so-called 1st of the 3 reports. They said without it they can't proceed to arrange for interview. I denied to make any further payment and asked for refund of the Registration Money citing Mis-Selling of services and cheating. This is to inform you that after being patient since 27th September 2016 after registering myself with so called your best services(In reality is no grade service) by paying 93000 INR on all fake promises made by the entire Perspi team to help me to get the job nothing is been happen till date in terms of the deliverance from your side.

I have registered with clickjobs.com for getting a new job.
They asked me pay rs. 3287 for registration. After that, they asked me to pay more amounts one by one every time saying that this is the final procedure and after paying this amount only you will get job interviews. So, i paid all the money asked... Total rs. 32000 expecting at least one interview call. But, till now, i have not received any interview call, they are now asking for more rs. 15000, rs. 6150.
Once, they sent me a mail also saying that this is the final procedure but again asked for more money saying that there was some calculation mistake.

At one time, they arranged a so called telephonic company interview which i could recognize from voice that it is one of them.

Every time, a new person will call to collect money only.

Till now, i have not received any interview calls as committed, neither any other services. So, i want full amount of rs. 32000 to be returned to me by clickjobs.
Being jobless, emotionally, i made the mistake of paying money to them.
