I have been contacted by company person rahul for registration for a job against my qualification. on registration they have asked me to register for multiple services to provide immediately the job. on registering for rs. 53400.00 again they asked me to deposit rs. 18000 for a l&t job that we are providing job for you through naukri.com. on contacting the naukri.com no such things or services are provided by this domain. again i refused to deposit the amount rs. 18000 and refund the amount already deposited to clickjobs.com. till date neither they have responded nor any intimation provided by them.

Dear concern today is 2nd July and as per our telephonic talk I am positively waiting for job I am very disappointed with delay as well as you committed u should be arrange the job with in 48 hours after deposit the payment but we deposit the payment on 18th June but not positive response rcvd by you plz clarify what you want are u able to arrange the job or not

I get a frequent calls from click jobs promising me a job within 15-20 days after registration.
I argued with them why to register again, if company looking for employee's like me they will call back through mail .They said its one time charges and when i informed about their complaints in Consumer complaints website they got no answer and immediately disconnected my phone.

Please don't fall in there trap and loose money...

Decription : i had paid 8574/- to clickjob for job paid service. After a week time again i got call for demanding 13000/- for better job opportunity. I refused the same & complain to click job. After some days they had given me opportunity at jindal ltd and again demandng 6000/- for offer letter. (My question to jindal dirctor also that, they need moneny for appointing any candidate???) i was fedup for this demanding money again & again and apply for refund. They never
Reply me & my email id also band from their side & every time when i was mail on request for refund, my email was undelivered.
Than after a 8 to 10 days, i got phon from click job for refund.
They said we have to refund you 8500/- so complit this proceture you have balace rs. 8500/- so i do as same.
They sent me link and said you have to do all payment proceture of same amount and i was do the same. But insted of refund they again cut my 2629/- and second time 5785/- and giving me falthu reason that, sever is not working and all.
Again they said that, if you want your 8500+2629+5785=16988/- you have to so same proceture. Twice i have done this proceture, but i did not get my money.

For the above same i have proof of bank sttement & their invoice mail with me.

Please look into this & help me to get money back.

First of all i would like to thank all the people for sharing their experiences on this portal as it brings out real picture of companies and its employees, who are trying to cheat honest people. Recently i was getting many calls from click jobs for availing their services. At one time i got so convinced that i was ready to pay rs. 6000/- and also surfed on their website for same. But thanks to this site (Consumer complaint), that today when i got call from so called employee name ms. Neha for service, i refused for services. Immediately, the tone of person changed, language became vulgar and even asked me to remove my cv from job portal sites. I am asking a simple question from the owner of the company, who asks you people to check out our profiles and cv uploaded on job portal sites?! We are not uploading our cv on your job portal sites for job applications, its non of your business. If a person is knowledgeable and desirable, job will be rewarded to that person. Please mind your business and stop abusing people of india. If you are not aware, let me remind you a harassment case can be filed against you for same, so please refrain from such activities in near future.

This is clickjobs.com and he called me for registration with Rs 2000 and get to the 100% services for interview. just I registered and paid by my card he was not clearing me after registration you will pay for all services then start your services. and he say me it is final amount then I have Paid approx Rs 20000 with different level services. click jobs.com call me agian and call me your profile is not 100% then you will be to pay Rs 5000. what is this. again to again demand by clickjobs.com...

after that i have tried so many calls to them, some of there ASM Sanjeev Arya has threaten me to use some hard language and later on everyone are saying that he is not avl / will call you in 10 mins and so on...
I MUSH SAY SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY.

I am hr in wealthchaser global research company located in indore. I have purchased monthly service from click jobs.com and they have promised to provide 100 resumes of candidates for the post i had requirement in my company. I have paid 2000 ruppess to the company on 13th of may. I was promised to deliver all the things which has been told to me by the sales executive at the first place. Its been more than 13 days i have not recieved any kind of service from the company. I have been calling them on daily basis but no one is ready to give me proper response. I am tiered of this company now and making a complaint since i feel cheated by this company.

I have spoken with preeti who is your executive and she suggested me of page of rs. 1722/- after discount but when i have done my registration they are requiring five thousand more which was not disclose before deal and now they are not responding well as like before registration and also mis behave with me during call...
So requesting you to please take it seriously of the matter and get back my registration fee because i am not interested with your services otherwise i had to go other way..

This is in regarding the fraud done by clickjobs.com, that I have been cheated by the entire team by hiding complete information about the charges on every step, every step money demand gets increase, given fake commitments by Raman, Kunal shareen & Tushar, Gautam, each & every person, complete scenario details are given below :

I have received a call on 16 of Oct 2015 at 2:46pm, from Mr. Aman an executive said, Are you looking for job change, we have some good opportunities for you, so if you want to know about it, just come online, no information about money, when I came online he suggested me to purchase a package for 2500 rs. In which I will be connected to 3000 indian consultants + 200 gulf consultants, he also said you will get better opportunities and right now we have some better opportunities for you. I paid 2500rs to get the services, but after paying the same, I was told that my colleague will call you to complete the profile, I said ok.

After that I received a call from Kunal shareen at 3:08 pm, he said I am calling from clickjobs.com, I will get your profile completed, pl. come online, I said I am outside somewhere will not able to access internet, call me after around 4pm.

Again I have received call at 3:59pm by Kunal shareen from clickjobs.com, and asked me to come online, I access the internet, he asked me share the invoice no. of 2500 rs., I have shared, he asked me login with my user id & password, I did the same, then he said you need to complete your profile, so you have to pay 5000rs. To complete the profile, I have paid the same as he told this is final step after this your profile will be completed.

Again he asked me the invoice no. for 5000rs. So I gave it him, he said login again, I did the same, he said just one more step left for completing the profile, to which I have refused to pay for it, but he insisted that this is only step to complete your profile, again he made fake commitments that this is only step of payment you need to make payment for 9000rs.

Thrice he made fake commitments that this is the last step, he has harassed me that if I do not complete the profile than my previous payment will go into vain.

So I had no other option left again invested 9000rs. Just to save my earlier investment, so I paid for that, after that again he asked for another step to complete the profile. So I have asked him why you have not made me aware of this thing earlier, he said our process like this only, otherwise nobody will take our package.

After paying 9000rs. Again he asked me about one more step, again he said your profile will not completed till you pay 6850rs. So again I have paid those charges again to save my investment which I done earlier. again he made fake commitments that this is only step of payment you need to make another payment.

Till that time, Your team had tortured me mentally & financially to the extreme and I have decided not to invest further.
After that I got busy, so I could not speak to clickjobs.com team for two days. Again on 19 oct 2015, 2:49 pm I have received call from Tushar from Clickjobs.com, he said you have to compete your profile by paying 4060, otherwise I will not give you your candidature ID, which you have to use for the interviews. He has also made a fake commitment this is the final step of the process, after that nobody will ask you to pay any money, he said you just pay this, I will give you in written that this was the final payment. On that belief I have paid the final payment, after paying he again asked me the invoice no. which I gave it him, he said he will transfer the call to his colleague, who will give me the candidature ID, but it was heights of the fake commitment after paying 27410rs. Again they asked me to pay 16000rs more, again the same fake line, that to complete your profile you, Gautam told me, I have to pay this, otherwise he will not process my profile. again he made fake commitments that this is only step of payment you need to make another payment.
After that I said I will not make any payment, you all have done fake commitment, I will not tolerate the same, you refund my money then they made me speak to Jordan Jairam, but he also said I will take action against my team, but will not refund your money.

Every time I was given the fake commitments by the clickjobs.com team “that this is only step”, ” this is the last step of the payment to complete your profile”. I have been harassed by your entire team starting from Raman to Kunal shareen to Tushar to Gautam singh.

Their team had tortured me mentally & financially to the extreme not once twice, thrice, no. of times, which is really unjustified; if your organization has any kind of ethics to do proper business, so don’t irritate me again.

This is my request to you take action against them and help me to get my money back from them.

A the above subject named co. callled himself to be part of sadhna media group and bharat matrimony. one day before 40 days one of person Mr.Subhash phoned([protected]) me and asked for better opportunity and job change as per my job profile. He told me to providebetter opportunity by assuring to have some paid service like Resume broadcast, Social profiler and Resume writing and paid approx 11000/- and purchased the services by paying on www.jobspeed.com and profilegrab.in and said now nothing to pay any more.

Then after 3-4 day a person Named Mr. Chirag through his colleague Mr. Ali phoned me and further said my C.V. is ready and sending along with covering letter in D.S. Group but in that i have to pay 5700/- more to get the job. Then i refused to pay any more to them and they said without the money we cant process your C.V. .Then after 15-20 days Mr. Subhash again called me and asked me for the payment but i refused and annoyingly he said you will not get opportunity.

On 22/10/2015 i got a call from [protected], name ankit mehra and told me that he is calling from clickjobs.com and my resume been shortlisted for maruti suzaki, to conform your job you have to pay a registration fee of rs. 2500 and committed it is onetime payment. No other payment demand for the life time. Then i paid rs. 2500 through net banking. He will arrange telephonic interview but before the interview again i need to pay rs.6050 and rs 9500 for some procedure i.E. Resume highlighting etc and requested to send them my qualifications details, identity proof details etc for document verification via mail. I paid total rs 15550 in 2 transactions through net banking and sent all the documents they have required for verification. After that i got a another call from [protected] mr. Ankit of clickjobs.com, demand to pay some amount for documents verification, initially i rejected to pay them as i cannot afford any amount. Then mr. Ankit and some other persons (Mr. Prabhat, mr. Md. Parveez etc of clickjobs.com told me like this is last thing you have to pay (Conformed via mail and telecon), as soon as you pay this amount we will schedule your telephonic as well as face to face interview with maruti suzaki assured me within first week of december, 2015 all the interview details i.E. Venue, date etc. Will be send to my registered mail id. They convinced to pay total rs. 25, 520 in 4-5 transactions through net banking. All the payments receipts and mail conversations are attached herewith. But till now any single call not came from interviewers as well as clickjobs.com. I called them 50-60 times but sometimes number is showing not reachable, sometimes they received my call and behave rudely with me and cut the phone line. I have sent mail to refund my total amount around rs.45000 but no reply came from their end and not refunded my money back.
On 25/03/16 again i got a call from [protected], [protected], [protected] name mr. Subham and told me that he is calling from clickjobs.com. He told that if i want to refund my total amount you have to pay another rs. 8000 for profile deactivation service charge. I rejected to pay this amount as i have already paid a huge amount of around rs 45000 and no service received from your end and requested to deduct rs 8000 from my previous amount rs 45000 and remaining amount refund me. But he threatened me that if you not pay this amount you will not get refund any single amount and anywhere i can complain. After that i have called clickjobs.com head office and one person received my call and told him the total history. He suggested to put a complain to [protected]@clickjobs.com and cc to preeti.[protected]@clickjobs.com
Sir/madam, i belong to a middleclass family. So, my request to you kindly looks into this matter as soon as possible and helps me to refund my total amount.

This is to inform you that i have paid Rs 14862/- for the job but today i have received a email and call from them to give more Rs13, 060/- as a offer letter. But as per the telephonic conversation with the regional manager has informed that apart from the Rs 14862/- you do not want to pay any thing but suddenly they are asking money. Request you help for the money return.

My self manoj KUMAR Singh.I have registered with click on middle of December 2015 and paid 1900 as registration money.Then for resume writing I have paid again 4100 .Agin for document verification I have paid 4450.VIJAY Tiwari of click job promised me for job in Adani power and told me to pay 15700 as refundable money for arranging interview in the month of Jan 28 or Jan 29 and joining in between 7 to 10th Feb.Inspite of arranging interview he again demanded me for 24500.And after getting assurence from dhani I have made part payment of Rs 11000. But till date I didn't receive any interview call .So please refund all my money that I have deposited as I could not wait for more as it is already approx. 3 months time after resignation.

I have been contacted several times and motivated to join premium services of clickjobs.com in the month of November-December 2015.

Accordingly I availed services(Platinum plan, Resume writing, Resume broadcast, Social Profiler, etc) as directed by your associate (Mr Shailendra) by paying a huge amount of Rs 25000/- . I was promised by Mr Shailendra that he will discuss my profile with prospective employers, explain them everything about me, and schedule interview (Just for formality), thus ensuring sure shot employment within a short duration. He even promised refund of payed amount if he and his company is unable to fulfill the commitment of providing employment. He reiterated that he is promising me all this on company's official telephone line, which is recorded for quality and future reference. Unnecessary services like social profiler, visual resume etc were forced on to me saying that without availing these services, process for job search/ calls of "Platinum plan" cannot be proceeded.
Once I made whole payment, there were hardly any responses. I got few job references which were either not relevant or post application, did not respond to my CV. When I tried to contact Mr Shailendra, it was said that he is in meeting and will call back in some time. This continued for many days but Mr.Shailendra never got time to mail me or even talk to me. It is very surprising that the person who was free to call me ten times before I paid money is so busy suddenly that he is not having time to respond to me even once.

After all this, I was again contacted by Mr. Abhishek, one of your senior colleague, stating that my profile is almost matching with some company based (with ctc up to 32 lakhs PA) in middle east and I need to pay another Rs 10000 for document verification and final interview.I was even asked to submit copy of my passport and Aadhar card for verification. I declined the offer saying that Ialready paid enough money and will not be paying any amount further. Moreover, Mr Shailendra did not respond to me after payment of fee and you will also do so. He said that all people are not same and he will complete the work which was left out by Mr Shailender. He was adamant and threatened me that I will loose my previously paid Rs 25000 if I did not pay further. Finally he settled for an amount of Rs 6125/- for completing the process and assured me in writing that no one from clickjobs will be demanding any more money for delivery of complete services

Once again, after I made whole payment, there were hardly any responses. When I tried to contact Mr Abhishek, it was said that he is in meeting and will call back in some time. This continued for many days but Mr.Abhishek never got time to mail me or even talk to me. It is very surprising that the person who was free to call menumber of timesbefore I paid money is so busy suddenly that he is not having time to respond to me even once.

20 days have passed since then and no delivery of service. Now one more of your colleague, Mr Kuldeep has called and demanded Rs 4000/- for finally completing my profile and offering me the promised service. He is also repeating the whole promises as done by Mr Shailendra adn Mr Abhishek. Personally, he is sounding genuine but my previous bad experience is forcing me not to believe his words.

I am not willing to pay any further as I have been promised twice before that the amount is final and I will given best of service. On ground, no leads for jobs, leave alone conduct of interviews.

From my experience of last two months with clickjobs, I feel that your marketing people are purposefully and knowingly cheating the prospective customers, by forcing them to pay money over and above what is advertised on clickjobs website. Services are not being provided on initial payments. when the customers are asking for service, they are asked to pay for same services twice or else loose the initial investment.

This is completely unethical and immoral. It is against all standard Business practices. You understand that bad name circulates faster in market than good name. Due to faultybehaviorof few employees, you will quickly loose on your customer base and will not get new customers.

One of your colleague, on condition of anonymity, even revealed that they have to unwillingly cheat prospective customers to meet company targets. Many times, most of them know that they are giving false promise, and exploiting the condition of customer, i, e. "Unemployment or unsatisfactory employment", for squeezing out money. He also felt that company is filling itscoffers on dirty practices, and as first end executives, people like him have to feel the brunt.

In view of the above, I kindly request you to discuss the complete matter with your whole team, introspect and undertake the course correction before it is too late. If you go through this matter whole heartedly, you will definitely find major flaws in exiting system and derive practical solutions to overcome it.
If at all you take some corrective actions, I will definitely like to hear about it.

I have been cheated with online Clickjobs.com job portal service. I got call from this company being stated that you will get job within 10 - 15 days if you pay Rs.2, 050 only and if you wont get job then we will refund you.
Employees working with Clickjobs. com kept demanding money for profile creation stating that your profile will not get complete and you will not get any offer if you wont pay for all compulsory plans.I have done online transaction p of amount Rs 11, 662.5 on 9th Jan 2016. But in real scenario, Today its 14th Feb, I have not get any job related post from this company.I requested for my refund since last 2 weeks but i am not getting any positive response. They keeps on telling you have to talk with head office managers and call head office number. Numbers they have provided is used to be on busy tone.

I do not know how to get my money back.

Requesting you to kindly consider my humble request and help me for the same.

I have registered with clickjobs.com for getting a new job.
They asked me pay Rs. 2500 for registration. After that, they asked me to pay more amounts one by one every time saying that this is the final procedure and after paying this amount only you will get job interviews. So, I paid all the money asked ... Total Rs. 32000 expecting at least one interview call. But, till now, I have not received any interview call, they are now asking for more Rs. 15000, Rs. 6150.
Once, they sent me a mail also saying that this is the final procedure but again asked for more money saying that there was some calculation mistake.

At one time, they arranged a so called telephonic company interview which I could recognize from voice that it is one of them.

Every time, a new person will call to collect money only.

Till now, I have not received any interview calls as committed, neither any other services. So, I want full amount of Rs. 32000 to be returned to me by ClickJobs.
Being jobless, emotionally, I made the mistake of paying money to them.

The clickjobs team people had took the money of 1500/- telling that they will give the service of providing the resumes which i require and its more than a month no one responded, inspite of calling them and telling them to give the money which was deposited for them; they are like we will call you in 10 mins, 15 mins, 1 hour nd waiting for more than a week no one responded; now with no more option left i have to lodge a complaint legally for which the pathetic service by them and NEED MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK.

On December 8th, i have received a call from a gentleman from clickjobs and he told me that there are immediate openings in banks in Dubai and you should be joining in 3 months.He asked me to pay 1500 .I have asked him several times whether i have to pay any money in addition.He told strongly that i dont want to make single rupee in addition.You will get the job for sure.I trusted his words and made payment.This was how i Got cheated first. Secondly..After few hrs a lady called and she told we want to improve your resume according to international standards.So i have to pay in addition.I was literally shocked.She told the previous agent dint explain you clearly.You have to pay this amount(Rs3550).Then again i asked her whether i have to pay anything in addition.She promised me many times you dont want to pay single rupee in addition.I have paid this amount as well.After that she was asking me to pay 3300 in addition.I really shed tears and blasted at her and asked why she cheated me like this.She was coolly saying if you pay this amount only you will get job.After lot of arguments she transferred the call to her higher officer.Had an argument with him for more than an hour.i was asking him to refund the amount.He told he cant do that .Atlast he told that i can pay that amount only after i get the job.He will arrange interviews within a week.I told him to write an email and send me this and provide me a contact number.He gave a number which is not reachable any time.([protected]) I got my resume updated .But after that i have not received any responses.When i called customer care they have disconnected my calls .I have sent several mails, but no reponses
