Actualy we selected a dress from closap and it is in pinkcolour and different model but when we got deliverd we had other different model it is typically different in its model and colour so we want to exchange the dress please make a note on this complaint we want to make this complaint serious take an action as soon as possible we want to get the dress within 2or3days

Product complaint

I order one dress but you delivered different product. I want what I ordered or I want refund my order number #R[protected] you are doing fraud. This is not fair there is no contact numbers properly you have to say answer to the people.
