This is to bring to your notice that i have been cheated by closap - an online shopping site. I received my order but the products i received did not match with the ones i ordered for. And now i am trying to reach them through all and email and nobody seems to answer it. I have made a full payment for the order (Rs. 5500). I have tried all the customer support numbers but there is no answer in a few and the others disconnect the call. Sir, i want you to look into the matter and bring me my money back.

I had ordered for different clothes and ended up getting different products.None of the customer support numbers are responding and am not able to reach them by any means.I want my money back.
