Closap — Received wrong product

Actually i have ordered New designer Sanmantha Life Styles CS153 (1).
But i received a totally different product on 02 may 16, which is a pink colour dress.

I had placed the order # R[protected] On 27 apr 16.

I want to change the product as early as possible, otherwise refund the money.

I have tried all the numbers given on Your site bt all are either switched off or not reachable.

I order a derss from closap .when I receve my order its totly diffrent which I orderd.I masge them but there are no reply.there are nobody to receve a ph.call.I think there are a wring no.the dress material the dezine and the color all r totly diffrent.the product they deleverd me us very cheap n very bed .please help me to got my money back..
