Clothesmart — not received the product after making online payment

I have made an order of gown which was blue in colour.. And after some days when i emailed them they replied me saying it will be delivered on 16th january 2019 but i have not received any package from them.. Now they are not even responding to my emails.. When i asked them to send me before 10th january they replied me saying they will try.. And when i asked why the website is not opening they replied me saying some technical issues and till today i can't access their website and not even i am getting any response to my emails.. When i tried to get information about this website from google it showed me that its a fraud..
Please help me to get my money back.
