[Resolved] Big Bazaar Lower Parel — non receipt of refund on double swipe | |||
I HAD GONE TO BIG BAZAR TO PURCHASE CLOTHES FOR MY FAMILY ON 21st OCT 2012 . THE AMOUNT OF THE BIL WAS 1725.00 . I MADE THE PAYMENT WITH MY SBI DEBIT CARD NO [protected] . HOWEVER DUE TO DEFECT IN THE MACHINE THE TRANSACTION WAS SLOW . SO THE OPERATOR MADE A DOUBLE SWIPE OF THE CARD . ON REACHING HOME I NOTICED THAT MY AMOUNT OF RS 1725.00 WAS DEBITED TWICE . I HAVE APPROACHED THE INCHARGE OF BIG BAZAR AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE EARLIEST . UNFORTUNATELY TILL TO DATE I HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED THE EXTRA AMOUNT .
