Order money is deducted from my bank account but they refuse to accept that they have already received it. And have not either refunded or processed my money/order. This has been confirmed by my upi merchant that the money has already been sent to them but they deny making excuse such as technical glitch.

The expected delivery date of tracking id.[protected] order no. 15264443 is changing everyday. Inspite of lodging a complaint on clovia, the issue is yet to be resolved and the delivery is getting unnecessarily delayed.

I ordered 3 bras and i found one was damaged. So i put an exchanged that particular one.and it was taken away But still i didn't receive the good one.
In 'my orders' it is shown that the product is on hold.
Plz resolve this problem to get the product or to refund

I have received the products and am not satisfied with the quality. I have followed up multiple times with the customer service on this. everyday they say EOD the status will be updated. however the expected delivery date keeps going forward from 6th march to 10th and now to 14th.

My concern is even after delivering the product why it is taking too long to get upadted in the app...

Out of 8, i received 5 as exchanges on 8th Feb, ORDER NO. 14943107, but rest 3 is still pending. since then i have been calling up and following up for exhange or atleast refund. all the time your team said they have initiated refund of the rest 3. today is 1st of March, nearly a month and so far i have not received any refund.
Today again i called, and it is the same dialogues. i have no other option to but to reach out to you for the money lost, this has costed me my time, effort, peace of mind, focus etc.

Today when i called the customer care, she was not in a position to even listen to me. rather it was same that this has been escalated and will be settled in 24 hours, past one month i have only been hearing this and nothing else, neither received any call back, nor received any response from the team via email.
Seems like mere fraud/cheating case.

2. received 5 pieces as exchange ORDER NO. 14943107 ₹ 990.00 on 6th Feb
since then i have spoken to the Clovia customer care, every day till today. no resolution yet. this has costed my money, my time, my effort and my belief on online ordering

Made the order on Clovia on 18th January 2023 however due to some technical error the order could not be confirmed, I was asked by clovia team to check the payment status with the bank also and gave confirmation to Clovia team that the payment has been received in beneficiary account as per the information received from the bank.

Till date customer service team keeps on telling me that the refund has been initiated and they have not confirmed me the date when they had raised the request for refund in written.
Pathetic service by clovia team that the customer has to keep on doing follow up for the refund and till date there is no solution neither a written proof which is shared with the customer that they have initiated the refund.

This is to Inform you that I had Purchased Online Product from Clovia on 7th September 2022 with Product ID 13200720 and Received product by 18th September and out of 8 Product i Had returned Back 7 Product on 19th September with Order Id 13418998. Till now it has been more than a Month i had not received my refund Payment. I'm sorry to say your Customer support team members had only one answer. We have raised your concern and you will receive your refund in Next 24 to 48 hrs. This answer I have heard from 3 of your Customer Support Team. Waiting for days I'm not getting the solution. I Hope and Think u will respond to my Concern and will resolve my issue soon.

I login from my number [protected]. I ordered a night suit of rs. 758. I transacted from phone pay and it is showing that amount is transferred to clovia. But clovia app is showing transaction failed. There chat with us facility is ###, they repeat same instructions again and again

It has been more than a month my reverse pickup was done nd the same has been reached there warehouse but refund not issued .. i give them more than 5-6 calls a day but they don't pickup .. i want my money back please help

My order id is :[protected]. I have returned few products and asked for return in my bank account but they have yet not refunded my amount and are everyday asking to wait for 2-3 days and same reason that there is some technical error.

Not received my refund has been trying to contact the customer care but no help was provided. I guess I will never get my refund amount.

When I called Clovia customer care team for the status, talking very rudely and not solving the issue instead wasting my time every day, it shows poor service towards customers.

Team Clovia is having one of the worst customer care executive.

Herewith request you to kindly take up the matter and sort it out imdtly.

They are saying that they will give my refund in 2 to 4 working days and it's been 1 week since my return order got collected and yet no refund of money How long will it take for them for initiating the refund process I want my refund ASAP.

Clovia is the totally scam... They returned your product but the don't give you your money back... I had called them many times they always says same lines and always say for wait to 24-48 hours... Sometimes they didn't picked up the calls or sometimes they cut the calls by putting the calls on hold for more than 5 minutes

Its been almost more than 1 month for the below order 12990660 and did not receive of our refund. We tried reaching the customer care and left messages in what's app and a bot responds to our messages. Customer care never attends any of our calls. Spent close to 30 min and still none answers our call.

Cauvery gowda, I had ordered the above product and returned the same.
Though I returned it I did not get a refund nor did the amount reflect on wallet.

I order from Clovia worth Rs. 450 on 16/07/2022. the product was delivered on 25/07/2022 but the delivery status was reflected on the Clovia app on 20/08/2022. since the product did not fit me well I placed a return request on 21/08/2022.soon after I received a mail from Clovia saying the return request was accepted.

From that day I was waiting for the pickup of the product.

Unfortunately, no one comes to pick up the product. hence I request you to solve the issue as soon as possible.

I purchased few products from Clovia that was delivered on the 29th of June. As the fitting was not correct i decided to return the product and the app was showing that the product is still in transit. After nearly a month of follow ups the delivery status was updated on the 27th of July and it was not letting me return the product as it was over 15 days. Each time i call they ask me to wait 24-48 hours, same with what's app and no response to emails. Everyday i have to explain the problem and they have no record of my previous calls or messages. They keep telling me no return request has been initiated. This is a total scam!! They have no ethics. Atleast they can show the courtesy by giving a call back or responding to email. Please do not buy from these people. They are total frauds.

I had ordered some stuffs a week ago, my money was deducted but my order was not placed. Called customer service several times, emailed them, whatsapped them but allow in vain. The have such horrible service. Will never ever order front clovia again
