I had placed an order with ID 10170733 ON 28TH Oct 2021 and paid the full amount of Rs 839 at the time of order. The delivery reached the final destination, but the delivery partner did'nt contact me and Clovia cancelled the order, even after multiple calls and enquiries from my side. The product is returned to Clovia as per tracking page but the refund is not yet issued. I have contacted them many times, but they always ask for 2 days time or not even respond on chat or even calls. This is pathetic and rubbish. Will never ever shop from them.

    I have raised the complain almost one month before but they are not give the status of my complained.
    Every time I called, they said we work on it but really they need a one month + time.

      I ordered 2 night dresses from clovia.com and paid for it using Paytm, even got the payment confirmation from my bank and Paytm but the same wasn't shown in clovias site or app, I haven't received any confirmation and can't see that my order.

        On 17th Nov I did place my order with order id 10337567 with phonepay and my money got deducted from my account but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or msg of my order. But when I track the order. It's written on the tracking page that payment is still pending for this order. Please check the attached screenshot. I already paid for the order. If the order Not received I need my money asap

                I have placed an order (order id 9922548) and paid through phon pe. Transection was successful and money deducted from my account. But now clovia.com is showing payment is pending and order not placed. What the heck is this? I want my money back. I tried to contact clovia through whatsApp but they message me they cant even contact me today since today is sunday! How will I get my money back?

                        I placed an order today and paid Rs. 2476 through my PayTM wallet. However, shortly after that, I was barred from signing into my account by the website. I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail from you. I used another device to login and found that the order I placed isn't showing up in my order history. The items I paid for, were still added in my cart. I placed another order and chose COD this time, just to check if it creates the same issue. However, this time, I received the confirmation mail, whatsapp message and the order reflected in my history as well. I cancelled the 2nd order since it was just meant to be checked.

                        Please look into this matter because I have already paid a huge amount in advance and haven't received any confirmation yet. I chose to buy from your website, thinking of its brand value and big name, which is reliable in case of such online transactions. I have already mailed regarding this and hope to receive a positive response from the team.

                                    I had arranged a return pick while placing the return request on call I had asked to schedule it few days later which was denied and due rains I was stuck in Mumbai travelling was not possible due to floods.
                                    Now when the pickup was scheduled n I was able to travel to Pune that pickup agent Directly cancelled my request without any prior notice not even a message that pick up has been cancelled. Upon calling advisor is not ready to listen the situation and is just repeating the policy. ### people have been hired who cannot understand the situations

                                      But due to some Personal Reason I cancelled that order immediately.
                                      I made a payment through Internet banking Which debited my Account number(

                                      Then At your end You initiated the refund through same channel as per your

                                        I ordered 4 products of 799 as offer price and with tax 814 rs . Amount has been deducted from my account but the order is not confirmed, either confirm the order or refund the amount as soon as possible
                                        If this money is not refunded to me then I will have to take strict action against it.
                                        I have also checked previous complaints and this is really frustrating I would raise an official complaint to the higher level.
