        My order no.7723232, i had palced an order for shaperwear bodysuit, on the return policy it is no where mentioned that shaperwear bodysuit is a non returnable product, it is oly mentioned that shaperwear panties is non returnable. And on the product page it is no where writtem that the product is non returnable and now when i received the quality of the shaperwear is not great so want to return the product but iam getting no help from Clovia customer care. I hv not tried the shaperwear, i kept it back as i saw the material, i had no choice of trying coz of the material. I kindly request you to accept my return.

            I asked for the exchange of my product . But they refused to do it . The attitude of the people in Maninagar branch is very rude . I just asked to replace the product I even didn’t ask for refund .

                    I have asked for return and refund of the product but they cheated by cancelling the request without my knowledge

                    I placed the order with clovia on 24dec and asked for return and refund as due to size issues and I got a message stating that the return will be done today but when I tracked the return status I could see that the return has been cancelled without my knowledge and also in the order it states that the order cannot be returned as I placed it 21 days before..
                    I just placed the order on 24th and it's not even 10days.

                          I have ordered some nightsuit with order no 6965486. And some wrong products received and some having size fit issue. I wanted to return the order.
                          I have tried with app but I am not able to initiate return request.
                          Then I have talked with the chat support . In that I am not able to attach any image in that.
                          Then I have tried with web that was also not working and raised a wrong request.
                          I mean what kind of behaviour is this.
                          I have called customer care and also I have mailed 4 times and I get only one response in past 3-4 days.
                          This is truly unaccepted.

                              Updated by Priyanka Rajmouli                               I made payment via netbanking and after doing the check out I didnt receive any mails of the transaction made and neither did I receive any mails or messages from clovia website regarding the order status and date of delivery. While checking my mail, I saw a mail which shows that the order wasn't completed successfully and asking me to do the same again.

                                  I had returned the above-mentioned products through dtdc courier to the address provided in the site which is clovia warehouse, plot no 186, court firni, lal dora, bajghera, gurgaon, hariyana. But the courier person couldn't find the above address and package returned to me.

                                    I have placed this order on 1st Aug, 2020. There were 4 products, Order ID: 6583586. The payment is already done. They have marked the status to delivered with product delivery. No, update, no calls regrading the delivery the product.

                                    After raising complaint(ticket number: 1818692), there is no update on my concern. i am getting an auto triggered mail daily with same content.

                                    The customer cares are disconnecting the call when i tried to reach out on given number.

                                    This is my worst experience i have ever experienced.
