Club Factory — cancel my order with order number so66779203

I want to cancel my order with order number SO[protected]payment via debit card)which I booked 2 days, back i.e on 18th November, 2018.I tried to cancel the order from tha app but the app is not showing any orders placed and also I don't want the product ordered now, I'll buy the product later . There is also no chat option available to contact the customer care.Please cancel my order as soon as possible.Thank you.
