I ordered a pair of leggings and a ring about a week ago and still haven't received my order yet i would like to know where my order is and why i haven't received yet. I don't have an order number but hopefully you can find my order by my name cassie mcdonald. If i don't get my order this week i would like a full refund. Very poor service.i have ordered on 25th November stl its is not received..there is no any customer care number and they are just cheating to their customers by not refunding the paid amount..
Products delivered are of worst quality. I have applied return. When I made payment, it directed me through Paytm. When Iam checking my Paytm account, it is not showing any translation to ClubFactory.
Problem is that if I return my items, where my refund amount will be transferred?
