Hi there, i cancelled an order after a paid transaction of amount ₹1038. 76.. They said the money is refunded but i haven't still got any money in my sbi account.

The transaction i made was from my sbi debit card.. They said that the money will get refunded to paytm. Are you kidding me? I don't have a paytm account : (

What's wrong with them? Are club factory really fraud.. Please refund my money asap.. And please send the money to my sbi account instead of sending it to paytm.. Paytm support is worst then club factory..

Club Factory Customer Care's response Hi, we issue refund to your original payment channel, but it takes 5-10 business days for the bank to process. Just pay attention to the bank history of your SBI bank account.
