[Resolved] Club Factory — enquiring about my refund | |||
I order 2 pair of shoes in the month of january order nunber-so12326542 and when i received the order the material wasn't the same as it appeared on website. I didn't like it so raised a return request and courierd the package to the address provided on the app. The return number is son[protected]. So far i havent received my refund and i tried to contact the customer care via chat or phone didn't receive any response. Very poor service. And dear, you could call the courier to collect your parcel. Any one will be ok like Indian Post, DTDC or others, only if the parcel could reach us safely and is economical to you dear. Well I have already checked with the courier company and they said that the courier was properly delivered to the address you mentioned above. Even I tracked with the consignment number. And I am aware of the fact that if the courier doesn't reach to the receiver then I should return back to me. You guys are just playing around. And now what if I get it back the courier, do you want me to sent it again and spend 450 rs on it. Who will give me the courier charges? Then if you say pictures will look different they why the hell you don't describe it properly in the description of the product. I have already lost lots off time and money in it and ur service is still hopeless and never expect 5 start from me if you have something in minus let me know
