Club Factory — inability to contact customer care center

Order number so12508185, placed on 12th jan and paid for also. Now i am unable to see any progress in the tracking info from the past 7-8 days. I am in urgent need of the same product and the minimum i expect is the customer care center to just ans my queries regarding the same, whether i shall get the product on time or is it going to be cancelled from your side, so that i can look for an alternative if i am not going to receive it. All the time the customer care numbers are full of mails and so i should try later it says!! Its very inconvenient for me to handle this!! I am not even sure if i shall get my money back if i cancel my order, coz i do not trust club factory anymore..
