I ordered ben martin jeans n ben martin kurta from club factory n paid 1298 online but on delivery i only received jeans n kurta was missing from parcel but bill had both charges
It was shocking i called d seller but no response maruti enterprise, i called club factory call centre no response
I want refund for missing product of rs599 immediately

The product wat I have ordered was JBL headset in offer of one plus one free . Despite I got single material as well as a local product . I'm not sure the product got faked in ware house or while shipping . The ultimate sufferer is customer .

Today I received a message and a phone call regarding the lucky draw they are saying that I won a Mahindra xuv 500 of ₹1696000. For that I have to pay some sort of registration amount

The product that I ordered was not the product delivered..

I order the sun glasses for the first time.
It almost more than 15 days.
Still I got nothing from customers care services for cancel or return.
If I couldn't get the order I case the file under consumers rights.

I tried to order Pouse silver solid lapel full sleeve mens cardigan, Order not placed but amount got deduct Rs 396
I ordered from club factory

Item shipped on 28th Oct 2019, It went in customs clearance on 31st Oct. It's more than 13 days order stuck in customs clearance, No further update.

Please delivery my order or initiate refund as soon as possible.

Still no update
Product delivered is wrong. I ordered losse slip slides sexy beach lace dress bikni but i got a lofar jacket . Which looks not good .I want to change the product.I am very disappointed. Very bad service.
Order no SO[protected] AND SO[protected] was returned by me. Refund initiated mail for rs 506.99 each was received on 21st october 2019, but still the amount was not credited in my balance. Kindly verify and refund the amount at the earliest
