Club Factory — my money is not refund

I ordered a item price about 2, 300 but i canceled it but my money is not refunded i called this no [protected] on 8 jan about 9:30pm he asked cvv no and otp then he will send money back but when i told him he taken out 37000 from my account i don't know how to get my money back.. Can you tell me how will i can get my money back.. I'm facing many problems plz tell me or plz check out details on this date

My order no SO12011629. Please cancel this and refund money.. I have ordered these items to my correct address also. I want to cancel this order as early as possible..
