Club Factory — order not getting delivered

This has happened with me for the fifth time now for the same order- [protected]. i receive a message that the package will be delivered and then hours later i receive the message that it could not be delivered because i refused to accept. i did not even receive the call from the delivery agent. i informed both xpressbees and club factory agent of this earlier, they ensured that it won't happen again but still the same happened. Delivery agent does not call and i am told that i refused the order. please help here. this is really poor service. Also since i have provided office address, the moment i received the message from club factory, i especially went to the place where these agents sit and specifically asked for my order. But they said they do not have an order in my name and then without any call i am told that i refused the order. Kindly help.
Also on club factory customer chat, I am so tired of you guys shifting the club factory agents so quickly that i have to repeat everything from the beginning. i do not want to cancel any of my orders i have said this repeatedly. please change the current delivery agent responsible for unitech infospace orders. he never calls and i receive the message for falied delivery with the reason that i refused. how can i refuse the order when i do not receive any calls in the first place.
i am totally frustrated now the order has already delayed alot the due delivery date was in sept.i have contacted both clubfactory and xpressbees numerous times but still i get calls that i want to cancel the order. i do not want to cancel any of my orders. i want them all delivered.
shipment ids: [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected]these 4 orders are way delayed, redispatched again and again saying that i refuse to pick. One has tge status returned now which was again never my mistakw. I want all these 4 shipments. i have NEVER refused any order. i DO NOT receive a call from the delivery agent.countless number of times i have informed you guys and the xpressbees folks. i am literally tired of explaining myself repeatedly and experiencing the same thing again and again.i do not know what else to do.please change the delivery agent responsible for these 4 shipments - I request you, please.what use is the customer care when they can't even cater to a customer who is deeply troubled for such a long time now.i even dropped an email to [protected]@clubfactory.com but these guys have also not responded. please tell me what else do i have to do to get all my orders. please mail the courier partner.i never received the call from the delivery agent in the first place. i have not even once refused to collect the order. please please just please mail the courier person. i don't know whose mistake is there but for me to refuse the order atleast i should receive a call.please mail the courier guys. Please help out here, please I request.
