Club Factory — refund not provided | |||
I ordered a jacket and it was delievered afyer 19 days to my address with size very small.So I returned it through Indian post (as they dont have pick up services in my area shown by the app Pincode-411057, Pune). The package was sent back from the address (New Delhi) saying the address has been moved. I got the customer care number from google ([protected]). I explained the guy what happened and he said he is the manager of club factory in India.He said my amount will be reverted right now but for that he asked my card details like 16 digit card number, date, and CVV which I dint provide for the obvious reason.I asked these details are not necessary for bank transfer to which he argued back saying the amount can be reversed only by verifying the details of the card from which the payment was done.I reported the no on RBIs fraud complain lt website "donotcall.gov". Still now I am waiting for my refund as their app keeps saying it will take 5 business days to process the request once the order will reach out to us. I want to raise a complaint against clubfactory and want my refund back. Was this information helpful? | |||
