[Resolved] Club Factory — refund not received on time | |
I purchased few items from club factory last month but due to some quality complaint, i had to return them. (Order no - so[protected]. After returning the purchased items, my refund request was accepted and money was to be credited in my account within 10 days. They offered a paytm transaction id ([protected]) to contact paytm customer service with the details of my transaction. I mailed club factory regarding the refund issue but there was no response.
