Club Factory — return of items - option not available

I received the products within time. Some of the items are fine but the quality of some products is too low. Return option is there in the app, but i am unable to claim return. It was said to contact customer care, if we are unable to initiate the return option, but after contacting the customer care service proper response is not received. They replied within 24 hours but the reply was not relevant. I want to return the product and get the refund. My order no is so3370119 and the same was ordered on 27th august, 2017. I ordered a product a 20 days ago. But still it didn't reach. And now the application is banned and the orders and open page is not available. I paid already for that product by netbanking. What shall i do for my return of cash? Please reply.
