[Resolved] Club Factory — return orders cancelled and unable to place order | |
I had placed a return order for 6 items out of 11 products within 9 days after receiving the product due to quality and suze issues. The return order was cancelled around 10 days after the order placed. When i contacted CC they asked me to check with the chat support i was asked to share the screenshot of return request. The return ID and order had vanished from the app when the return order was cancelled and I was unable to share the screenshot so i placed the return order again and it was cancelled again without any intimation around 10 days. When i shared screenshot of return request andn ID with chat support i received below reply: Dear, we are sorry for the delay, because it is the busy season, can you please return on your own? We will refund the shipping fee for you, thank you. Please do put a piece of paper with your order number and return reasons on it, otherwise we wont be able to process your return. Thanks for your co-operation. Contact Person Name : Harish Chand Since my return order was already cancelled i was unable to place another return request. When i asked the chat support again why it was cancelled they said: Dear, sorry but your return request was cancelled by third party service courier name ECOM either you are not available at the time of reverse pickup or not contactable at that time so there is nothing do with the warehouse team so we request you to kindly send the return item at our warehouse address and once it receive in warehouse, we will apply the refund for you. Whereas i had not received any call, message or mail from third party or club factory or anything showed in app. Without being able to place an return order in the app i again informed the chat support how can i send the return order and got this below message again without any other response to my queries. Dear, we are really sorry for the delay, we'd recommend you to do it mail by myself that would be quite convenient to you. Dear, to return it by your own, please do put a piece of paper with your order number and return reasons on it, otherwise we wont be able to process your return. Thanks for your co-operation.
