[Resolved] Club Factory — worst experience with club factory... fraud app | |||
Hi team, I am a huge online shopper and started using club factory when i saw the details in my facebook account and finally uninstalled the app because of it cheating me with all the products. Order so24423567 I have ordered 36 pairs earrings in a box but got single pair of earring that too broken completely. I am calling customer service people and no response from them and 1 of the executives says that i need to pay rs.91 to get my refund. What the hell they talk and service. On your tracking facility in mobile app, 3 times it shows not delivered due to office closed.
Have raised complaint with [protected]@xpressbees.com, but stutiation remains same.
