Even after multiple notification club jiva firstly given a lot of excused tried to lure us by showing off of many attractive packages, now when they know that we are least interested in their fraud packages then they deny to return my money.
I will not leave my money at any cost. Even if i have to complain to higher authorities of police department i will do it. I will fight with them.
There are 100s of victimized people whom this company have did fraud with.
Kindly refer below communication for your reference, i am communicating with them since last 8 months.

Hello club jiva team,
Last week on 19th february we had bought your membership plan - blue as per your request in goa.
Mr, ashish and m/s nita were involved in the discussion who had explained us 5 star service would be provided by club jiva to us on free of cost in any of their own resorts within india and via dae abroad. If we avail club jiva's membership plan.
Mr. Ashish had mentioned us during presentation that the decisions should be taken on the spot and had assured us that if we are not satisfied with the package being provided we can withdraw it anytime and all our money will be refunded respectively. Which we also had taken in written (Please find attached).
On 19th of feb we paid 20, 000/- inr via card swipe. Reaming 20, 000/- we paid in cash at my hotel reception area to m/s nita.
Now due to below two points i would like to withdraw my membership decision:
1) you say you are iso certified company then why their is no wikipedia page available on internet
2) your online reviews are just worst so we are not willing to take any further risk.
I request you to kindly refund all our money as communicated to us during deal by mr. Ashish who claimed himself as the ex-employee of club mahindra.
We don't want to fall in any legal action unless you force us to.
