I am vikram gaur and i took membership of club jiva in march 2015. My membership number is cj/aa/b/c299. I was also fooled by one club jiva representative standing near road side and telling us that we have won the bumper prize in club jiva scratch card. I was taken to club jiva property (Or fake) near fort agunda. There i was given a one hour presentation and was persuaded to take the membership. I gave 40000 and took the membership for 4 years. I was told many fairytale stories and i believed them. But now from last four or five times i have tried to get the bookings done and every time i get the same reply that there is no availability. I know i have been looted by a cheat club and i got fooled. From last three year i have just availed one day in delhi. That to i have to request. Now again i was trying for a holiday in gangtok and darjeeling thinking they might have improved. But to my surprise they have come up with new term utility charges. If i have to visit these areas i have to pay 1500 rs per ni per room as utility charges.
This is just too much of fraud this company is doing. I have paid initial amount and also yearly maint charge of 7000 also. But not been able to get even a single week despite 2 months in advance warning. Either the resort is not available or they ll confirm at the last moment that one cannot plan the trip. Or they ll make some other excuse. With my this trip also this new term ' utility charge ' they have added. On inquiring that whether rooms are available on dae they one reservation executive ms yogita straight away denied. On asking why she did so she behaved rudely and told the dae rep ll get in touch with me. I feel this is the biggest fraud running in this country and fooling innocent peoe and looting them of their hard earned money. I request all affected pers to pls get togather and lodge a complaint in their respective states.
I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court as well as national portal also.
