[Resolved] Club Jiva — Wrong & misleading information given by, sales, executive bay club jiva mahabaleshwar trapped customers

Hi,

On 25th Nov 2016, One of guy trapped us by giving free gift cards.

Plan seems to be good but as per speech Club jiva member told they 65 hotels and DAE will be free. But this is totally wrong. Jiva dont have 65 hotels and DAE is chargeable. This was confirm by Jiva sales after inquiry.

Jiva sales girls are giving wrong info to peoples and trying to fool peoples.

I paid INR 50K on 25th Nov 2016 for 5 yrs membership but sinceJiva sales giving all fake info so on 26th Nov 2016 i told Jiva to give me all refund.
Since my membership is not created and i informed within 24 hrs.

Also i have given written application. But no reply from Jiva about my 50K refund nor received any refund.

Please look into this and ban fake clubs like Jiva. Jiva giving fake info and trapping peoples by fake gift cards.

I am Mr Ajay Gupta and I have taken club Jiva membership for 5 year and I had one week holiday at goa and it was amazing holiday and resort was very luxurious and just walk in distance from the beach. It's value for money. Statififed from Jiva my family enjoy a lot.
