[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — about membership and cancellation

I have taken a membership for 25 years and paid almost 1.5 lakhs rupees in emi. They gave all false and useles plan for a higher price without giving some valuable gifts. Over all its a heavy loss and i demaned for money-back.
I didn't use any holiday in this except which was given as promotion. Its completely cheating customers by giving different seasons and all. And the executives gave allwrong information and when i asked them.. They said we will give ur money back. And finally they left the company. When i complained by mail, they respond on phone and tells that we meet u soon. No one comes and i wanna file a case regarding this
