Dear sir,
This has reference to following:-
1. I had become member In August, 2014 and paid 1.94 lakhs including interest for 3 years. As a joining incentive, I was issued a holiday package which was valid for six months, but I did not avail it.
At the time of issuance of membership, I was promised that he would also get some other benefits such as free voucher of Rs 3, 000, three-night holiday package and another seven-night holiday package, but I was not given any of these benefits.
2. My 22 Holidays got cancelled at time on Corona in 2021, even after my email for postponement of holidays by 3 months to consume 22 holidays as I was effected by Corona, and not able to travel. Even if I had booked, you would not have allowed person in quarantine to visit any Mahindra Resort there. Here services not rendered.
3. In my last visit to Binsar for 2 days at Club mahindra, I had discussion with club mahindra sales executive. He had guided me to book holidays in month of mach itself for April, May, June and July which will be enabled by request. Now today I discover that I can only consume my remaining 14 days in month of March only and April to July Option is not available. I request to look into this matter and do the needful.
These are wrong practices followed by Club mahindra Holidays. I request refund of my membership fees for these 22 holidays @ 7 days per year and further 11.5 holidays which are not consumable due to restrictions on Blue memberships. Also request for refund of maintenance fees paid for the same @ 15, 000 per year (@ 7days), for a total of 33.5 days i.e. 4.75 years maintenance fees and joining fee 19, 500 per year for 4.75 years
