I have enrolled for Club Mahindra Holiday membership on 7-Aug-23 by their authorized representative Mr Vaibhav ([protected]) who coerced me in purchasing the plan without giving complete details and promised that if I do not avail the facilities (Holiday Package) my amount will be refunded within 6 months after the membership begins i.e. Oct'23. I paid an upfront amount of Rs 36344 on 5-Aug'23 and later 5 EMIs of Rs 16, 580/ each amounting to a total amount of Rs 119244/- This month when I tried booking holiday package their representatives were not providing the promised services and declining the promised benefits. Later when I asked to cancel my membership Club Mahindra has mailed me that the entire amount will be deducted as it is non-refundable admission fees. How can a service provider charge me without providing any services ? This is totally fraudulent practice and I request refund of amount and legal action on the company for misleading people and snatching hard earned money in the name of membership.
