[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — after cancellation of membership, its more than 100 working days (around 5 months), still money is not returned back.. | |||
Hello everyone I have taken the membership of club mahindra (Membership with id 2820640) in may 2018. After evaluating everything, i decided to cancel my membership within 10 days after its start, i have mailed and sent all the relevant documents for cancellation, they have agreed for cancellation of the membership and said within 90 working days my money will be refund... Refund process takes only 90 working days (As mentioned in brochure) but in my case it has been more than 100 working days. I have called them a number of times on their customer care number. They asked to call back in few hours. But no body replied in all the case. Recently i have mailed them regarding the refund, no official revert back to solve my problem. It is really a mental and financial harassment from such a popular firm... Please suggest me some idea to get my payment back or should i approach the consumer court to get my money back..
