1. Membership ID 2748192. 2. I am a member since March 2017. Utilizing services, paying regular ASF and upgraded to White Studio in Nov 2019. 3. Couldn't utilize holidays in 2020, 2021 till now due to unprecedented Covid19 pandemic. 4. ASF for 2020 has also been paid. 5. Representation is to allow accumulation of holidays as I was unable to utilize due to Covid and also to reduce/waiver the ASF for 2020/2021. 6. Protect the interest of the customers.
