[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — ASF still not corrected post membership upgrade | |||||
Recently I upgraded membership to RED 1 STU. I have been literally chasing the club mahindra folks for over two months now but asf details yet to be corrected. I have been given same reason since last two month now that internal approval is already taken and details will get corrected soon. Worst part is that I keep on getting mail reminders, calls, sms that AFS is overdue. Due to delays, I lost opportunity to avails the early payment discount, no way I can book holidays online until asf payment is done. Literally tired of following up with Club Mahindra to fix the issue. Not sure what kind is of customer service is this? Was this information helpful? | |||||
