Member ID - 501952. I had purchased club Mahindra membership in June 2021 and was sold by a representative from Chennai named Vivek. We received back to back calls and follow ups until we purchased the membership and paid for it. And the representative offered us for ASF waiver for 2 years which is 17000x2 (₹34000) and 10 complementary holidays. However as promised no waive offs were given from his end and we were asked to pay the first asf from our end. And he promised for next two years he would cover. Since Feb’22 the representative is out of reach and we are unable to contact him. Number out of service. We would definitely want the commitment made by him to be solved else would like to call of the membership and get our money back immediately. This has to be taken up seriously as we also have the conversation proofs with the representative on the given commitments. It’s really dirty to provide false commitments to have us pay for the membership and disappear or not fulfil on the same. We dropped an email but no response. Now filing it here and if needed we could take it up which ever platform required ! I m expecting a response really soon on the same.
