I had a very bad experience with your service. I've raised my concern approximately 9+ months back, still no action from your end. None from Club Mahindra team resolved my issue (i.e. No welcome kit received /No proper update from your team regarding bookings/No supplementary member card registered nor received physical card allocated etc.)
Though myself paid down payment with 1st and 2nd term EMI’s.
In the meantime, I had lots of negative experiences from (Mr. Anuj Tandon) and he wasted my valuable time, energy and everything but still my issue was not yet resolved, only for EMI he will consult me. Moreover, he doesn’t have the minimum sense to deal with customers, pity to say. However, I explained my concern to Mr. Anuj Tandon almost 3-4 times (every time i need to explain from starting).
Further to esteem my commitments, ethical values myself paid 3rdand 4th EMI’s.
Even after several follow-ups, the issue was not yet resolved. That's the reason I hold the EMI's due to negative experiences from your team. How come you have the right to suspend my membership? by holding erroneous with your team?? Please do respect the words before using it.

Really had very bad experience after spending 1+ lakh money. Requesting to please cancel my membership and refund my amount on an immediate basis. The Long wait is over!!
