No reservations despite of empty property

Recently I booked a club Mahindra resort at Khajuraho. The booking was in waiting. As I had to stay I visited the resort and personally booked it and the room was easily provided. The entire day upto 11 P.m. I waited for clearance of waiting and at late night the booking was rejected. Whereas almost the entire property was empty. 2 nights not received back after cancelling as per system of free cancellation

Extremely disappointed as i booked 2 nights from 01/06/22 under special offer where 2 nights i cancelled as per system shown in booking app and even sms received of 2 night balance but they are not giving as saying special offer valid till 12 april ..but before cancelling it didnot show any loss of nights so cancelled pls see image of sms received and this 2 night balance they are not giving so why should member suffer due to system error...

I am a member of Club Mahindra since 2014 and my Member ID is 2595942. Due to the high Annual Fees I did not pay the dues this year. Normally if one does not pay the annual fees one cannot avail the 07 days holidays that accrue for that year. But the accumulated inventory is available for use. A max of 21 days can be accumulated. Still it shows waitlist holiday and one of my friend who is not a club mahindra member has got booking in the same property. This is really not expected from Club mahindra

Go Zest Membership False commitments

FRAUD ALERT !

We took membership on 31st Oct 2021 and we were made false commitments by Mr. Anup Tiwari and Mr. Sahil Raj. It's a fraud company and do not give your hard earned money to them. Also they don't attend you much once full and final payments are made.

I purchased club mahindra membership on firm assurance of good services by ur sales representative on[protected]. I made 50% down-payment i.e. 244440/- and 24 EMI of 9167 each. I started using your app and tried to book holidays but its always pre-booked. Cancellation of Membership ID 2977829 and Refund of Money

On 30th April, I realized as a Single mother, I would not be able to plan my travel and it will be too costly to plan as per the food rates and all.
