Dear Sir / Madam,
We had made a booking through the below link of Club Mahindra Holidays for a villa in Lonavala named Tiara Orchid on 11th Nov 2021.

We had made a payment of Rs. 44604/- after which we had received a booking confirmation too. On[protected] we received a mail from Vista rooms, stating that the booking is not confirmed as they no longer have tiep up with the said villa and we should get in touch with Club Mahindra Team for any further action or assistance.
So currently we neither have any booking confirmation and nor have we received any refund of the same. Further, when contacted Club mahindra Holidays on their customer care service number regarding the matter, the executive asked us to mail the whole incident on email. We did the same and in return we got a reply that the said booking was with their partner hotel i.e. Vista Rooms, so they cannot do anything and that we should get in touch with Vista Rooms for any further query.
Now we are really confused and worried as to what to do about our payment of Rs. 44604/- done. Neither of the parties are taking responsibility of the matter.
